Sample piece from Theia's Winter 2024 Collection. Does not have sewn in fabric tag, but is 100% polyester. I don't see any others like it on the internet, so you'll be truly unique in this gorgeous dress!Front and center bow with cascading ruffle on the front. The bow also serves as the off shoulder straps. Rubber grip lining the top hem inside. The liner on this dress is GORGEOUS multi-color satin. The skirt is the liner, a layer of a see-through colored almost tulle, and then black mesh with pastel sequins in a floral pattern (see video). A-line fit. Center back zipper.
